Financial Analyst and Debt Collection

The role:

• Issuing of outgoing invoices, advance payment invoices, debit and credit notes
• Debt collection with clear focus and reduction of above 30 days delinquency
• Maintenance of communication process with Tenant Relationship Manager, Leasing and Specialty Leasing Manager
• Maintenance of accurate information on securities activations
• Preparation of reports on the booked transactions and supportive internal and external reports
• Issuance of dun letters and penalty interest letters
• Collection of turnovers data from tenants and entering the information into appropriate tables and software
• Communication with tenants on a daily basis)
• Sending tenants outstandings to the lawyers and checking all security activation letters and notices on the breach of Lease Agreements in relation to tenants
• All other financial, accounting and bookkeeping duties as ordered by the superior officers

The successful applicant:

• University degree in Economics, Banking, Finances or related fields  
• At least one year of experience in finance department
• Basic knowledge of Serbian legislation – VAT
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Positive, proactive and creative attitude
• Demonstrated analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Co-operative and supportive team player
• Taking responsibility for the tasks assigned and the results obtained
• Ability to learn effectively and actively
• English - advanced level, incl. usage of Business English
• MS Office - advanced level, very good in Excel
