Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree level education in Economics, Business and Administration, Accounting or equivalent;
• Fluency in English language – written and spoken (French will be considered as advantage);
• At least 5 years of experience in finance controlling or audit in an international company;
• Excellent MS Office literacy (especially Excel);
• Experience in team work is necessary;
• Ability to communicate effectively within business environment;
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and respect short deadlines
• Understanding of local accounting regulation as well as of IFRS, tax and accounting legislation;
• Experience in construction company would be considered as advantage

Responsibility:

• Preparation of month-end and year-end group reports: consolidation packages, detailed cash flow forecast, budget, P&L etc.;
• Full support during preparation of annual statutory reports in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP;
• Variance reporting and trend analysis;
• Establishing strong financial and internal controls;
• Supervision of accounting, research technical accounting issues for compliance and corrections proposal;
• Responsible for collaboration with external and internal auditors, banks and tax authorities and for collection of financial data for external audit and other regulatory review;
• Introduction of KPI measurement system and responsible for its continuous improvement;
• Supporting the management with all necessary financial information including all kinds of ad hoc financial reports;
• Coordinates preparation of the budgets with Project managers and consolidates data for the purpose of group and statutory reporting, analyses variations (actual vs forecast), risk assessment and corrections proposal;
• Continuously analyses all financial data, identifies illogical appearances, proposes improvement measures, identify cash needs etc.;
• Develops and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
