Founded in Belgrade in 2010, formerly under the name Stucky Balkans, Gruner Balkans d.o.o. is a consulting company for engineering and technical services. Core competencies include hydropower and dams, infrastructure, buildings, HVAC, and fire safety.
With our approx. 80 fire protection experts in Switzerland and Germany, we are one of the leading planning offices in the field of fire protection. We advise and accompany our clients in small and large projects with specific know-how and inner fire. As passionate and experienced fire protection experts, we have a wide range of knowledge and experience in fire protection consulting, planning and implementation of construction projects. Due to our many years of experience in the field of fire protection, we are one of the 1st points of contact for major construction projects . Together with our teams of engineering methods, fire case control and CAD design, we can offer all the necessary services for such complex buildings from a single source. For our location in Belgrade, we are looking for a motivated German speaking Fire Safety CAD Designer 80-100%.
Activities & Responsibilities
- Development of fire safety concepts, as well as preparation of fire department drawings and evacuation diagrams for new and existing buildings
- Assisting project managers and clients throughout all project phases, from design to implementation and commissioning
What makes you special
- Bachelor's or master`s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations is an advantage, though not mandatory
- Extensive experience with at least one of the following software tools: AutoCAD, Allplan, ArchiCAD or Revit
- Strong team player with clear, friendly and proactive communication skills
- A conscientious and responsible approach to work is essential
- Proficiency in spoken and written German (B1 level or above)
- Solid command of MS Office applications
