Fixed Services Manager
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Organization of tasks of implementation, support and sale of fixed services
- Managing, coordinating and delegating tasks, following and controlling the team’s work
- Organizes tasks of implementation, support and sale of fixed services
- Responsible for the development of short-term and long-term fixed services strategies of Telenor
- Provides support to Business Sales Team in direct negotiations with customers
- Comprehensive responsibility for the planning, reporting, control and business analysis processes
- Conduct in lie with the standards prescribed by the company culture, founded on Telenor Way, (company code of conduct, visions and values)
- In his work shares the responsibility for the company’s image with other employees
- Other tasks as directed by the Director
Requirements:
- University diploma of technical stream
- Experience in team leading or showing clear capability to do it
- Experience in taking over and integrating fixed operators on the market and their integration with the existing processes and mobile operator’s MO
- Excellent knowledge of fixed infrastructures
- Minimum 3 years of experience on similar jobs in relevant industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Serbian and English languages, including ability of drafting and preparing professional documentation and its presentation at all levels of the organization
- Advantage is experience in work with fixed products and fixed access networks
- Advantage is capability to manage projects
- Good knowledge of MS Office
