Fleet Manager
As a part of Component Services, the Fleet Manager takes ownership of all technical topics and manages the reliability of a fleet of aircraft, coordinating within engineering and other departments to ensure a high standard of the SRT pool in regards to safety, quality, cost efficiency and reliability.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead technical programs to increase reliability, customer satisfaction and cost management of the pool supporting a fleet of aircraft
- Build and maintain relationships with customer’s engineering teams
- Determine main factors affecting the fleet’s reliability, develop solution and take action
- Lead modification sales program and generate win-win solutions with the customers
- Take ownership of a continuous event and removal management (Reliability Trend Monitoring)
- Support Fleet Management Program for specific fleet to decrease and understand FH rate to be more competitive on the market
- Make benchmark and collaborate with vendors, shops, OEMs and industry
- Coordinate technical input to support Initial Provisioning cases
- Support new customer ramp-up projects and lead engineering work stream (WS600)
Your profile:
To fulfil this position successfully, your qualifications must include:
- Technical Degree in aerospace from a university / or comparable work experience
- 3 years of working experience within MRO industry
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Organizing skills to handle multiple tasks with internal and external partners
- Proactive approach
- Thinking outside of the box and open to different points of view
- Good networking skills
- Demonstrate ability to manage customer relationships/expectations - customer service oriented
