We are looking for a proactive, communicative and organized

FRONT DESK OFFICER

to join our team in Novi Sad

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Filing and keeping track of documentation
  • Welcoming guests, preparing and serving refreshments
  • Participating in organization of internal events (meetings, parties, team-building)
  • Procurement and stock record of office supplies and other material necessary for everyday business
  • Logistics around business trips (airplane tickets, accommodation reservations...)

YOU PROFILE

  • High school or university diploma, preferably in economics/administration
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office package)
