Front End Development Manager - Mobi Banka
Belgrade
Responsible for development and delivery of bank’s Front End solutions (web and mobile). Responsible for setting up, development and management of FE team. Responsible for partnering with Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Software Engineers, Operations, and QE in order to provide quality software and solutions on time and on budget.
- Technical lead for major FE development projects
- SME (Subject Metter Expert) and the contact point for FE development
- Working with UI/UX designer to ensure the technical feasibility and transition from UI/UX design wireframe to actual code
- Ensures building of reusable code and libraries
- Working with other SME (internal and vendor) in order to ensure best integration with Banks Core system
- Writing programming, procedural and operational documentation
Key responsibilities and deliveries:
- Responsible for development of FE solutions
- Optimization of Front End solutions for maximum speed and scalability
- Software solution and architecture design, development and testing code while applying all defined software engineering procedures
- Leading ad hoc teams of developers
- Working with other teams on requirements analysis
- Third level of support for front end applications
- Report to IT Director
For the good start, you will need:
- University degree
- Strong technical knowledge in programming of mobile applications on at least one of the hybrid frameworks (React Native, Framework 7, Ionic,…) and Native (Android and/or iOS) (4+ Years)
- Experience with secure mobile backend solutions (Mobile First, AWS Amplify, Azure Mobile…)
- Technical knowledge in web development (JS, JQuery, CSS, .Net Core) is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Fluent in English
