What is the job about?

The Front Office is the first point of customer contact via phone, email, fax. The FO Responsible creates less complex quotations online or create RFQ to track customer request and assign RFQ to a coordinator who will dispatch it to respective Back Office employee.

Provide customer service by identifying the customers needs on any level of their buying process.

Make sure that the customer experiences a high-quality phone service. Identify opportunities for external sales.

Main Activities

  • Handle incoming calls within the defined Service Level Agreement (Type of calls depends on phone routing);
  • Identify Account – if not recognized via CRM Telephony Integration;
  • Through a line of questions quickly identify the customer needs, gather required information and formalize the request within the SAP CRM One Office system;
  • Ensure immediate action by solving the request, create a RFQ for later follow up or assign more complex RFQ to One Office Coordinator;
  • Manage the list of RFQs(request for quotiation) in CRM and follow up on Quotations;
  • It acts for implementation of the Quality Policy, Environment and Security of Work to achieve the proposed targets;
  • Observe and apply the rules of good practice set out in the Management Manual, general procedures and operational of the ISO system;
  • Apply management of waste in his field activities;
  • Any other task required by the head of department to department business efficiency.

What do you need to apply?

  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian, and additional language skills will be considered as advantage (Albanian, Macedonian);
  • Bachelor Engineer degree; Engineer degree in technical sciences (mechanical, civil or electrical engineering) will be considered as advantage;
  • Technical background in HVAC installations (commercial buildings) will be considered as an advantage;
  • Basic CRM/SAP knowledge within the related work area.
