Game Producer/Designer

As a part of the Center Content Development, Game Producer is fully empowered and responsible for the game design within the given budget frame. You will be required to design games.

Your Responsibilities

• Capable to direct your design towards a specific player group – the most beatufully designed game will not be successful if it is not playable or players do not like it
• Capable of organizing workshops with true players and gathering information that can be used for future game development
• Steady flow of new ideas, concepts and alternative ways of thinking in all game-related areas such as game themes, math concepts, intellectual property, technical compliance etc.
• Responsible for all game design related documentation such as Game story boards
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the game and be in constant communication with Project Management, Math management, Art Management, IP, TC and possibly other departments to ensure the delivery of the products/games within the agreed timelines

Your Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in desgining games where you were the originator of game ideas
• Must be able to demonstrate that you have designed games - their look/feel, their flow, the functionality and features- sample work is required
• Must be able to identify, address and/or solve all problems that can arise during the game production process in a timely manner
• Design games/products for specific target groups by obtaining knowledge via market visits, trade shows and/or by the market research department
• Having a distinct sense of responsibility and care towards a game you designed while ensurig you are listening to customer’s wishes
• Must be able to get between cost and benefit during the complete game creation process
• Must be able to judge the quality of game outcomes in a plurality of disciplines like art, math-benchmarks, degree of market acceptance of concepts, demographical and psychological aspects
• Interest and love for games must be proven by candidate (by presenting personal game concepts or other means that show a passion for designing games)
• Must be able to excel under pressure
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills are required
• University diploma in Game Design/Art/Mathematics is beneficial
• Traveling is mandatory from this position - up to 20% per year
