Key work assignments will include:

• Management of the company's business: planning, organizing, monitoring and coordinating work processes and operations of the company in accordance with Company policy
• Responsibility for achieving commercial, organizational and financial performance of the company determined by the annual business plan of the company
• Responsible to propose new business policy and company's development together with measures for their implementation
• Preparation of analyzes and reports and propose measures to achieve better efficiency in the company
• Supervising the implementation and enforcement of professional and operational tasks in the field of human resource management and regulation of labor relations of employees in the company
• Responsible to manage, motivate, train, develop, monitor, evaluate and reward employees in the company
• Supervising the preparation and responsible for the preparation and adoption of the general acts of the company
• Presentation and representation of the Company against third parties in accordance with the law and general acts of the Company

• Completed university degree (VII. level) in the adequate field
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Office 2013 programs
• Very good analytical skills
• Strong sales oriented person
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team work and self-motivation
• Driving license – B category
• Experience in aftersales are desired
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the automotive branch
