What you need to possess to join our team:
Experience
- ESSENTIAL - a minimum of 2 years experience in Google Ads Management within a Digital Agency
- ESSENTIAL - must have experience of working on multiple client accounts with a range of client budgets
- ESSENTIAL - must have experience in working on client accounts in the United Kingdom and/or Ireland
- ESSENTIAL - must have experience in working in different types of campaigns - search, shopping & display
- ESSENTIAL - must have up to date Google Certification in Search, Shopping and Display
Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
- Experience working with popular search marketing tools such as SEM Rush, Moz, Google keyword tool etc.
- A deep understanding of how Google Ads works, how to optimise accounts to ensure best performance
- Works daily within Google Ads interface & Google analytics
- The ability to set up and manage a Google Ads account - able to take complete ownership of the account
- Proficiency in auditing existing Google Ads accounts
- Skilled in keyword research
- Able to write engaging ad content for search campaigns
- Ability to work hands-on, on a number of Google Ads accounts on an ongoing basis
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting of Google Ads accounts performance
- A strong knowledge of conversion tracking
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
- Ability to work on own and within a team
- Excellent time management skills
