We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Training and Development Specialist
This person will own the design and delivery of personalized and group trainings to the GroundLink Call Center and Customer Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and manages a comprehensive program to standardize call center and customer service training procedures
- Analyzes training needs
- Conducts orientation and trains new employees
- Creates training manuals
- Leads in-person and remote training seminars for groups of employees
- Designs and delivers all types of trainings, including technical and procedural, as well as soft skills training sessions (such as customer service skills, communication skills, leadership development, teambuilding etc.)
- Assumes responsibility for training logistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in call center environment or in a retail or technology organization
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Strong writing skills, including technical writing skills
- Knowledge of customer service applications including CRMs, PDF software, Google Docs, snag it and digital video documentation software as well as quality monitoring systems (e.g. NICE, Witness) desired.
- Creative, well organized, proactive and flexible person.
- Planning, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a very fast paced atmosphere.
