In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee for the Group sales management:

Group Alternative Sales Channel Development Manager

Addiko Bank d.d. is a bank offering financial products and services in a new and simple way. We aspire to new values: focus on essentials, deliver on effciency and communicate simplicity. We would rather do a few things very well, than a lot of things merely okay.

Responsibilities

  • Lead developing of alternative sales channels for Addiko Banks across the Group, in order to support ambitious sales targets and decrease sales dependence on branch network contribution: partnerships, direct sales agents, internet, Contact Center, franchise, etc
  • Design customized channels commission structures and monthly incentive schemes to support delivery of monthly and annual sale targets
  • Working close with different teams and functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Retail Risk, Digital, Contact Center, Controlling), in order to determine target customer and right products for the channel
  • Analysis of competitors, in order to determine trends and market potentials in the area of sales channels
  • Plan channel presence, taking into account company’s footprint, network expansion strategy, customer segmentation and importance of triggering consumer convenience
  • Developing plans to increase market share, working in close coordination with the Sales Management in entities

Requirements

  • Channel management experience, preferably in Banking or Telco
  • Strategic focus
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, ability to synthesize knowledge based on fragmented data
  • Be innovative, having proactive and customer-focused mind set

 

  • A team player, with strong relationship- and stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to work across teams and functions to coordinate things and get actions completed
  • Pragmatic approach, structured thinking
  • Punctual, thorough execution, eye to the detail
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • MS Office
