HR Administrator

Location: Belgrade

Contract type: Permanent

Here are the qualification you need for the position:

  • 7th degree of education of Economy, Management or Social sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources department in administration
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of numbers, good planning and attention to details, Excel skill
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced level of English language knowledge
  • Driving license – B category, active driver with clear record

 What should be your tasks?

  • Preparing salary inputs
  • Performing administrative tasks with the appropriate agencies, related to the registration and deregistration of employees from employment relation (employment service, health care, and pension);
  • Records management
  • Preparing and taking care of all employee documentation (employee forms, insurances, credit loans papers, bank and other state institutions).
  • Labor contracts for new employees, annexes for employees, papers for employees exiting the company with support of HR supervisor;
  • Managing SAP Success Factors
  • Monthly and periodic reports related to personnel costs and balanced annual leaves
  • Opening new HR vendors in E-room/MDM program;
  • Regulates all payments related to human resources (SAP IM, Hei Flow)
  • Support in organizing the introductory program for new employees;
  • Registrations/deregistration’s/changes in the central CROSO register and entering data and registration employees in RFZO;
  • Taking care of reimbursement to the employees for long sick leave and pregnancy leave (sick leave over 30 days);
  • Support to recruitment process;
  • Maintenance of the Mobile Expense System
  • Systematization of work posts
