HR Administrator

Role summary
The role holder will be a key member of the Sanne Human Resources function and will provide full administration support for L&D initiatives across SANNE’s European locations as well as support for general HR administrative tasks for Sanne Serbia.
The role requires an HR administrator who is versatile and shows a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Training Administration:
- Help in organizing and scheduling trainings across SANNE EMEA jurisdictions
- Keep and update training records, reports and requirements
- Deal with enquiries relating to training and development
- Work closely with the global HR team to implement and monitor training initiatives
- Manage and distribute training material
- Support the course bookings for professional training, including ACCA, ICAEW and ICSA. BE a key point of contact for these institutions
- Support the central L&D team with any ad hoc administrative tasks as when required
- HR Generalist tasks:
- Deliver transactional HR administration services including contract production and change of terms
- Support absence management processes (holidays and sickness) and assist with the logging of employee absences
- Undertake project work as required
- Actively support HR Manager with generalist day-today queries
- Conduct background checks for Serbia and Channel Islands
