HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
- support to all HR processes
- take an active role in recruitment and employment of new staff
- take care of employees’ benefits and related administration
- provide administrative support to human resources department
- document management
- compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and safety standards
Required qualifications / Skills and knowledge:
- college or university degree
- at least one year of working experience in HR administration
- background ideally from international production environment
- computer literacy and hands on MS Office skills
- fluent English while German is advantage
- highly organized, with excellent multitasking, analytical and planning skills
- punctuality and detail orientation as well as communication skills, transparency and eagerness to learn
