Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in psychology, sociology, human resources, business/management or equivalent
- Familiarity with IT sector and community
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English is mandatory
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Preferred 2+ years of experience on the same or similar position
- Willingness and ability to acquire new skills fast
- Proactive and people-oriented personality
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with different people, to handle potentially conflictive situations and to show flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of employees’ satisfaction, needs and interpersonal relations
- Close collaboration with all departments of the company
- Preparing and posting job ads
- Search for job candidates via social media (LinkedIn)
- Participation in job interview process
- Participation in planning and organization of various company events (anniversaries, team buildings, etc.)
- Involvement in company promotion and marketing (promo material, social media, etc.)
- Involvement in organization and monitoring of internship programs
