HR Business Partner m/f
Main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing existing HR procedures related to employment process and labor law
- Dealing with various labor law issues
- Taking care of employees’ personal files and employment contracts
- Responsible for HR reporting
- Participating in performance management process and other evaluation processes
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years on a similar position in an international company
- Good knowledge of Labor law
- Excellent knowledge of operational HR procedures
- Self-motivated team worker
- Proactive person ready to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
