Description

Our team is currently looking for ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated person with outstanding communication, problem solving and analytical skills to take the position of:

HR Country Representative Serbia and HR Factory Representative

(based in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia)

Responsibilities:

• Leads the review of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines in the country / factory, including compensation review guidelines and benefits programs.
• Drives the labour relations strategy in the country/factory.
• Advises local regulations and updates where appropriate for role. Ensures compliance with local regulations including regulatory requirements on HR core processes and country specific regulatory training.
• Acts as the main contact with local government authorities. Manages internal /external audits.
• Sets and governs policies and procedures within area of responsibility, including employment terms and conditions. Secures legal compliance of HR processes and drives alignment with global processes where possible.
• Supports HR Business Partners in driving local employee engagement actions.
• Monitors or coordinates with the designated OHS officers the OHS performance for area of responsibility.
• Support managers in defining the roles to be resourced and coordinating with SCO functional business partner; participate in the recruitment process of Blue Collar employees.
• Where applicable, guarantee the quality and application of the benefits, with a focus on the Blue Collar benefits package, and changes to the package.
• Support payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours. Collaborate with SC Rewards team to deliver timely and accurate payment of overtime and factory specific allowances.
• Responsible for driving Performance Management of Blue Collar employees.
• Support the training needs based on IDPs and the training plan for the factory.
• Member of the factory management team, contributing to the overall factory operations and decisions making.

Requirements:

• University or Bachelor's degree in Law, Organizational/Business Sciences or other formal education in the field of Human Resources is preferable.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR Country Services / Factory environment.
• Strong knowledge in local labour law and experience in reward, and in managing relations with government and immigration authorities.
• Excellent English and Serbian proficiency is a must.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in international environment is considered a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on all matters.
• Self-driven attitude.
