Key responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and update employees’ database through HR software
- Prepare employee files and ensure their accuracy
- Make employment contracts, annexes and other documentation in accordance with the legal regulation
- Prepare personal income and employment confirmation on employees’ request
- Monthly payroll of earnings and other incomes including filling the necessary forms in accordance with the law
- Prepare and control of monthly, quarterly and annual reports in accordance with the legislation
- Prepare of annual bonuses and vacation allowance for the use of vacation
- Provide the necessary information to employees about their rights, processes and procedures in the bank
- Prepare all necessary reports on the number of employees, earnings, absences, etc.
- Keep the record of paid absences/sick leaves/maternity leaves/other extended absences through monthly reports;
- Provide data about the costs to accounting department
- Participate in creating and implementation of internal rules and procedures
- Following annual budget of employees’ earnings and make plans for cost distribution within the budget
- Create and implement earning plans and rewards system
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new employees
- Keep up the necessary communication with employees and provide data for payroll accounting
- Proactive approach in improving the work process and reporting in general
For a good start you will need:
- Minimum high school degree
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- General understanding of working law regulations and regulations in the pension and social insurances domain
- General understanding of HR processes
