The role
- A-Z management of recruitment process;
- Employer branding: social media, partnerships with universities, etc;
- Own PwC onboarding programme;
- Support to HC Leader and business leaders with compensation and benefits;
- Provide ongoing support and counseling in matters related to people management, career development, performance management;
- Contribute with knowledge of Serbian labour legislation;
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations;
- Support Learning and Development function.
Requirements
- University Degree;
- 3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or HR Generalist role;
- Fluent in both verbal and written English;
- Advanced use of MS office;
- Good knowledge of labor law;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Well-organized and structured approach to tasks;
- Strong project management skills and approach;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
