HR Generalist with Talent Acquisition Focus
We are looking for a new member of our People Team in Belgrade who would be responsible for HR related tasks with strong recruitment focus.
Main responsibilites are:
- End-to-end recruitment and staffing on a regional level (Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia), potentially incl. vendor management
- Proactively developing recruitment & selection related processes
- Pro-active support of Hiring Managers on all level
- Operating internal referral program
- Continuously building a candidate pool via sourcing activities
- Employment contract handling from offers to hire, incl. any HR administration
- Coordinating diverse HR related projects
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Supporting organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Leaders orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Company employee communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Taking part in creation and implementation of services, policies, and programs on demand
- Preparing reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Liaison between TnCO HR and BU HR departments
Our ideal candidate should have:
- University/College Degree
- Fluency in English written and verbal
- 3+ year practice in similar role, advantage: recruitment agency background
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyse and present information
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong PC skills
- Mobile, willing to travel across the CEE region
