Eagle Hills, as a prestigious company, for its Belgrade office, is looking for an experienced professional to fill the following position:
HR Generalist
Main responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and selection processes to ensure that Eagle Hills company obtains the best possible recruits
- Communicate the policies and procedures; assist line managers to interpret and implement the procedures to ensure consistency of approach within the organization
- Assist in creating job offers, contracts and other employment documents
- Ensure HR plans/policies are monitored and reviewed to reflect current best practice and legal requirements
- Organize induction and orientation of new staff and manage probation program
- Ensure effective communications on relevant HR issues across the organization
- Support formation of KPI’s for employees that are aligned with company mission and vision
- Assist in annual performance appraisals and provide feedback on the process improvements to Head of HR
- Support QHSE activities, policies and objectives
- Support development of company-wide environment that promotes employee engagement & team effectiveness
- Managed employee data, employee records and regular monthly administration – confirmations, statements, notifications, decisions, timesheets, salary order, pay slips, annual leave, etc.
- Ensure employee data and requirements are filed accordingly (Oracle, Personal Files, etc.)
- Ensure soft and hard copy documents that require confidentiality are upheld, monitored and audited periodically for accuracy
- Analyze all employee related costs on regular basis and provide accurate reporting
- Calculate and analyze differences in packages, benefits and taxation and other relevant factors
- Manage monthly salary reports
- Actively participate in development and implementation of different HR Projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in HR department (preferably in international organization)
- Fluent in Serbian and English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advance user of MS Office
- Team player
- Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and energy
- Knowledge of local labour laws and employment related regulations are considered an advantage
