What are you going to work on:

You will lead the HR team and oversee the development and execution of HR strategies across recruitment, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture. Your role will be strategic and operational, focusing on building a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the HR team, delegate tasks, and monitor execution
  • Collaborate with management to align HR practices with company goals
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and development initiatives
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations and feedback cycles
  • Support conflict resolution, employee relations, and internal communication
  • Organize and facilitate training, soft skills workshops, and team-building events
  • Promote and shape a strong, positive organizational culture
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and propose motivation and retention measures
  • Advise leadership on HR decisions, legal compliance, and labor law regulations
  • Mentor colleagues, strengthen managerial skills, and provide growth resources
  • Represent the company’s values and employer brand in internal and external communications
  • Prepare reports and HR metrics for leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

  • University degree in Psychology/Economics or Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations and leading teams
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law, HR processes, and employee relations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and decision-making ability
  • High motivation and self-initiative
