To support their start up operations for Supply Chain Optimization, Adecco is searching for enthusiastic, proactive and motivated candidates for the following position based in Belgrade:

HR Manager

Job summary:

Your role will be to provide senior professional generalist HR business support and advices to a region or many regions, taking initiative for and contributing as an HR business partner and change facilitator.  You will be a single point of contact for all HR related policies and strategies.

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in HR or Law or equivalent culture
  • At least 10 years experience in HR management
  • Sound experience in HR in multinational and matrix environment
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits is welcome
  • Experience in Training & Development with creative and innovative ways
  • Knowledge of legal environment
  • Fluency in English

Main responsibilities:

HR strategies (regional level)        

  • Be a lead for the region or the division in terms of creating innovative HR ways, ideas, policies in order to structure, develop or improve the Human Resources
  • Advise accordingly Managers, Executives, VP or HR Group on the most efficient way to manage Talents and Employees.
  • Anticipate the implications of events or decisions for various stakeholders in the organization and plan strategy accordingly

Regional Staff planning and Recruitment  

  • Elaborate, advise or interpret the staffing and recruitment programmes in compliance with company and division processes and procedures.
  • Be innovative in attracting and recruiting professional or young talents
  • Ensure an accurate staff planning in line with budget

Regional Compensation & Benefits    

  • Elaborate, advise or interpret the Salary and Compensation policy, making the appropriate suggestions in order to optimize the process and comply with local business needs and regulations.
  • Assess salary data & ensure they are market consistent
  • Conduct regional salary survey after having challenged and found vendors
  • Salary mass management – ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure the application of the Global bonus policy

Global or Regional Training and Development

  • Be a leader/innovator in terms of Training & Development programs
  • Create, challenge, elaborate and implement Development and Training Programmes across the organization.
  • Define/Validate training needs, training plan and budget
  • Champion the training and development strategy  and its implementation which is focused on achieving the goals established by the business
  • Communicate and plan with managers on individual or collective development plans

EE relation

  • When necessary, responsible for employment related processes, from hiring to terminations, resignation, dismissal agreements, promotion.
  • Responsible for validating employment contracts, offer letters, promotions letters and salary communications to interested employees in compliance with Company guidelines, SOPS’s and Local legislation.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to people management within the country/region

Candidate’s profile:

  • Charismatic and Leadership skills
  • Self Starter, ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision and problem solving high attitude
  • Excellent organizational and planning ability
  • Excellent negotiation skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to influence change through knowledge and skills rather than direct management control and be viewed as a business partner to management
