HR Manager
Belgrade
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- University degree in technology, organizational sciences, social sciences or psychology
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a cross-functional and agile environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- A friendly, positive and professional personality
- Experience in HR/Office field is a plus
- Previous experience in IT industry would be a plus
- Ability to build and manage working relationships
- Ability to travel abroad (Sweden, EU countries)
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and day-to-day operations support
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment and talent acquisition process including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, selection and hiring
- Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Coordinating basic marketing activities
