HR Officer (for recruitment)

BizLink is looking for an HR Officer (for recruitment) for our production facility in Prokuplje. We manufacture cables, wiring harnesses, power cords, connectors and related interconnect devices.

Job Summary: 

• Ensures effective employer branding and recruitment (candidate sourcing and selection, development and updating of candidate databases, cooperation with recruitment agencies and the National Employment Service,  participation at job fairs, collaboration with student organizations, etc. ) in accordance with internal strategy;
• Collects documentation from new hires ensuring their completeness and accuracy, in accordance with internal procedures and the Law;
• Conducts induction training to new hires
• Supports employee development programs (such as annual training plan, organizing of internal and external trainings, etc)
• Responsible for preparation of the systematization in collaboration with HR Manager 
• Responsible for content management on Intranet and company social networks
• Actively participates in HR projects  (for example, employee opinion survey )
• Gives suggestions for improvement of HR procedures or HR documentation and participates in making the draft proposals of these in the scope of responsibility
• Conducts reporting within the scope of their activities

Education & Experience Requirements:

• English language - proficient
• MS Office, G-suite - advanced
• Showing interest and knowledge in social networks
• Work experience on similar jobs in HR (minimum 1 year) (in production environment would be a plus)
• VI or VII level of university degree (in the field of psychology, sociology, or ,in case of relevant work experience, in any field of education)
• Soft skills: creative, flexible, proactive, process oriented, team oriented and innovative
