HR Officer

Job description and line of supervision

Will be responsible for providing support with the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Reports to the Deputy HR Manager and HR Manager. HR Officer is someone who must love speaking with the people and who can achieve influence on the behaviour and commitment of the people. He/she is someone who secures that procedures are followed, that communication is transparent and open and that all the processes are fair for all involved sides.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Timekeeping, Reporting and Data Base Administration in internal system
• Conduct Recruitment Procedures according to standards and instructions
• Personnel administration, employee orientation and contracts management
• Involvement in disciplinary process and exit interviews
• Assisting day-to-day operation of the HR and give department support as required

General requirements

•    University degree (Social Sciences preferable) 
•    General business experience
•    Experience in Human Resources preferred
•    Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•    Fluent English
•    Knowledge of MS Office
•    Knowledge of employment laws and practices in Serbia
•    Effective verbal and written communication skills; Behavior to the highest ethic standards
•    Strong commitment to confidentiality
