Who we are looking for:
SAGlobal is looking for an experienced HR Officer to provide a full advisory and support HR and Office management service to expand our Serbia-based Development Team. We are seeking individuals with a solid HR and employment law knowledge with office management knowledge/experience, who will be able to build strong working relationships ensuring they are approachable to all employees.

Skill requirements:
- Relevant university degree.
- Good understanding of recruitment procedures and employee and contractor contract administration.
- Good understanding of payroll function including pension and PAYEE processes.
- Relevant office based health & safety knowledge with the ability to put knowledge into practice.
- Strong administration and computer skills with the ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner.
- Good written and verbal communication skills – including English.
- Excelled organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities tasks when necessary.
- Self - standing, ability to manage own workload and remain calm under pressure.
