HR SC Time and Attendance Operator

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Daily follow up of time registration in different sites based on input/daily contact with the different sites, make corrections where needed
- Consolidate the output of time registration on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis for reporting reasons and input to payroll, correct input in time registration is a precondition for correct payroll
- Follow up of the invoices of Temps offices in order to ensure the correctness of the invoices based on output of time registration
- Delivering high standards regarding time and quality of the delivered services handle all inquiries, concerns and service requirements for training administration and grant introduction to authorities
- Provide over-the-telephone support displaying effective interpersonal skills to gather information, questions and summaries problems presented
- Confirm data accuracy and understand sensitivity of information and maintain confidentiality
- Take full responsibility for urgency of problems, customer satisfaction and timely solving issues
- Support in projects for redesigning current processes and procedures in order to increase quality and efficiency
Your skills and experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is must
- Experienced user of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills both written and verbal
- 100% confidentiality as working on different types a databases can be requested
- Focus on details, willing to learn & master 3 time & attendance systems
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able and willing to travel for training purpose in Belux
