HR Specialist

Locations: Belgrade and Zaječar
Requirements:
- 7th degree of education of Economy, Management or Social sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources department in administration
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of numbers, good planning and attention to details, Excel skill
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced level of English language knowledge
- Driving license – B category, active driver with clear record
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative tasks (employment service, health care, and pension)
- Prepares input for salary calculation
- Prepares and takes care of all employee documentation
- Keeps records of annual and paid leave of employees, renders and keeps resolutions for annual leave and paid leave
- Taking care of reimbursement to the employees for long sick leave and pregnancy leave
- Assists in salary adjustment planning, budget planning, FTE planning
- Preparation of monthly and periodical reports
- Opening new HR vendors
- Responsible for HR payments
- Gives support for recruitment, trainings and development projects
- Making reports necessary for CIL and sending precise data to CIL project manager
- Contributes to TPM People and Organization development pillar implementation in Zaječar
