We are hiring an Human Resource (attendance) Specialist to join our team on-site in Loznica!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attendance Management: Record, verify, and process daily attendance; maintain system records; generate attendance reports for HR and finance
- Policy Compliance: Monitor attendance policy adherence and escalate violations; assist in revising attendance policies
- Leave & Absence Administration: Approve leave requests; track leave balances; validate supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates)
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with HR & payroll; address employee inquiries
- System Maintenance: Manage attendance system operations; train new employees on system use
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or above
- Proficiency is English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Previous experience in HR is an advantage
