HR Transformation Specialist
(temporary position)

Location: Belgrade

The position holder will support the HR transformation program across the organization, providing expert knowledge in operational tasks involving end-to-end HR processes, organizational design, data handling and other tasks as required by the project. They perform a variety of day-to-day administrative functions related to the HR digital transformation journey.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the review and automation of all HR processes using new tools (UKG, SuccessFactors)
  • Contribute to the overall change management program by developing instructions and participating in training sessions for all employees on the use of new tools, with special attention to employee and manager self-service
  • Design and help develop future organizational design, data structure, and role matrix and help establish the new system
  • Design and help develop future reporting, analytics and dashboards using new tools
  • Assist data migration workstreams, and assist with ensuring data integrity, master data files and system data
  • Participation in the introduction of further SuccessFactors modules: onboarding (via UKG), recruiting, succession & development, LMS (training) and Time and Attendance
  • Other support (operational, admin, etc.) to the HR digital transformation project and related activities, as required

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, IT, or have the relevant work experience
  • Proficient knowledge and navigational skills of HR systems (preferably SAP and SuccessFactors)
  • Customer focused, result-oriented with a strong attention to detail and a problem solver who can communicate complex information effectively
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to enforce policy around the maintenance of confidential information
  • English level C1, German is considered as a plus
