HRIS Specialist
HRIS Specialist will be part of the Human Resources HRIS team, which provides functional expertise combining HR needs and processes with IT requirements. The administration of our Success Factors system will be the main task, whereby the position holder will ensure the integrity of the system and support the system specialist. S/he will be the first point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the company, resolve varying support requests or escalate topics to the appropriate party and be apart of the team that provides the system which our global HR department works from.
Your responsibilities:
- Support our system users through proactive system administration and with your technical system understanding in advising best practice
- Participate in assigned HR projects and support HRIS Specialist in filed of preparation of recruitments for IT requests
- Manage the our various communication avenues with the business to provide day-to-day issue resolution while ensuring actions are aligned with the relevant processes
- Regularly update and maintain user data and system configuration to ensure a high quality platform for the supported HR processes
- Work with the Success Factors System Specialist to create the best strategies and solutions for meeting current and future needs of our HR department and other stakeholders in throughout the company
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports to senior HR staff
- Support the design, testing, implementation of new features in the system
- Assist with creating and updating system processes, procedures and support documentation
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on the system and user data
- Participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation
- Support organizational change request process
Your profile:
To fulfil this position successfully, your qualifications must include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, computer science, business administration or in a related field
- 2 years of experience in the administration of HR systems (Success Factors experience would be a plus)
- Knowledge of HR processes, including employee information management, talent acquisition, goals and performance management and compensation
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to interpret data and present them in a clear format
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (German skills would be considered as an advantage)
- Thoroughness and strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and objectively
- Ability to make the right decisions quickly by relying on experience and judgment, even without complete information or under pressure
