CETIN Serbia is looking for a Head of HR to join our team in Belgrade. If you have great leadership skills and thrive in a fast paced and hands on environment, this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR including: Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition;
  • Administer and oversee the administration of human resource programs including compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters;
  • Develop and manage departmental budget, remuneration and payroll plans;
  • Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation;
  • Drive employee learning and development programs;
  • Talent management and successors’ planning: as an integral part of annual development meetings, preparation of data and facilitation of the identification of top talents and successors’;
  • Planning and coordination of the Employer branding activities;
  • In charge of the recruitment and selection: Initiate/ support the process in defining organizational need for hiring, participate in selection and negotiations with candidates;
  • Responsible for processes and policies within HR area;
  • Instructing leaders in human resources issues, based on company culture, vision and values;
  • Implementation of local/ regional HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR, Business, management or similar, combined with minimum 3 years of experience as a HR Business partner or HR manager;
  • In depth knowledge of employment law, regulations, accepted professional standards and local labour legislation;
  • Working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets;
  • Precise and self-driven personality with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent level of both spoken and written English;
  • Experience in a multi-national company is a plus.
