Report hierarchically and functionally to the Deputy HSE Manager
Job location: to be dedicated to Airport Nikola Tesla reconstruction Project
General tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of H&S Management Plan, Environmental & Social Management Plan and related HSE procedures of the project.
More closely:
- Conducting Safety inspections on daily basis, issuing reports, actions implementation
- Near Miss/Incident/Accident reporting, improvement actions implementation
- Environmental incident reporting, improvement actions tracking
- Providing Toolbox talk and other HSE related training to worker and management
- Providing Induction training and for new arrivals
- Emergency drill organization, reporting on outcomes, actions follow-up
- Attending Pre-task meetings with construction department and subcontractor representatives
- Attending weekly meetings with subcontractor
Knowledge and Experience:
- The successful candidate will ideally hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering - H&S, Environmental, Construction, Building, Architecture or similar;
- Experience of minimum 5 years in similar job position in construction industry;
- Fully proficient in English
- Effective verbal presentation and communication skills
- Strong attitude and management skills
- Holding a B category driving license
