Help Desk Representative - German Speaker

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Works in a high-volume call center environment, resolving and providing solutions to customer problems;
  • Remotely coordinates the resources required to manage problem resolution for client’s products and services. Cares about maintaining problems history, identifying common issues, isolating problems and creating resolution plans; 
  • Support the resolution of known problems to be fixed for future releases; 
  • Reports to ensure Service Level Agreement is represented accurately; 
  • Position will manage all resources necessary and/or provide the additional knowledge necessary to resolve customer's issues; 
  • Works directly with the customer and other responsible teams within the company to understand the issues, isolate the problem and retrieve known solutions to resolve the customer's problems; 
  •  Performs additional troubleshooting activities, escalates problems to the appropriate party(s), and assists in communicating the solution to the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • German language, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • The candidate will have an aptitude for providing positive customer service and good communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Basic PC/Microsoft Office skills and telephone skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support and/or Help desk environment
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Self-driven and results oriented. Ability to work under pressure within flexible working hours
  • Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers while protecting the company's position, ability to gather, organize and present information in a focused and concise manner, ability to listen and foster open communication
