Help Desk and Field Customer Support
Belgrade
Essential duties:
- Calling users from the database and follow up our teams on the field by the web application
- Consulting customers on all matters relating to the activities of the company and activities our teams on the field
- Covering the needs of clients and maintaining their loyalty
Desired skills and experience:
- Good negotiation skills, positive energy, perseverance, and desire for advancement
- Ability to resolve multitasking situations
- Good knowledge of Dutch language is a must
- Good knowledge of English language is a useful
- Secundary education is a must
- High education is useful
