Summary of key responsibilities/deliverables 

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations & Sales Leadership Team to drive productivity and efficiency across all sales channels to increase the overall revenue contribution through: supporting departmental initiatives; supporting management of departmental projects and participating in other department’s projects that may involve or have an effect on ISP Sales as the department representative; supporting development and management of processes and procedures; maintaining documentation repositories and files, overseeing compliance; onboarding program development; producing Management Information and reporting and performing various administrative tasks related any of the items listed.

What will you be doing?

  • Support Sales Operations & Sales Project Management:
    Support the Sales Operations function through production of reports and insights to drive departmental productivity and performance. Act as an ISP Sales contact and subject matter expert for all assigned projects, programmes, and initiatives. Represent ISP Sales in meetings related to these projects, programmes, and initiatives. Take ownership of follow ups, creation of all supporting materials, effective roll out/implementation upon completion, as well as tracking immediate outcomes and adoption, ultimately freeing up the Sales Operations Manager from focusing on all individual items and allowing them to ensure overall trajectory is up to standard and all focus areas are well taken care of.
  • Support Efficiency Improvement:
    Identify and drive to execution all ISP Sales requirements in company projects, programmes, and initiatives to ensure all sales channels are efficiently enabled and thoroughly supported through all impending changes resulting from said projects, programmes, and initiatives. Develop and maintain relevant supporting documentation and ensure it is adequately distributed across all concerned. Identify areas for process, procedure, collaboration, communication or system enhancements and development, provide relevant inputs into those areas to support the ISP Sales Leadership Team in creation of ISP Sales Plans and drive execution of these plans. 
  • Sales Operations Admin Support:
    Administratively support Sales Operations engagements through creating required collateral, administrating & maintaining information repositories, ensuring process documentation is up to date, properly stored & shared, as well as executing administrative duties relating to various processes & procedures in place for the Sales Operations team to efficiently facilitate & support all sales channels’ output.

  • Proven ability to track and consolidate complex, cross-functional, inputs
  • Outstanding English both written and verbal
