In support of the new Valvoline organisation in Serbia, we are hiring a full time:
IT Manager
In this role you will report to the Director International Business.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Desktop Applications Set Up and Support:
- Perform routine network start-up and shutdown procedures, maintain control records.
- Monitor network performance in effort to determine if, and when adjustments are necessary
- Ensure network security
- Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs or pc requirements
- Maintain IT asset list for site.
- Assist with imaging and installation of PCs, Laptops, Server, Printers, etc for the Thailand site
- Maintain back up data for the site
- Prepare and deliver training for desktop software as needed
- Ensure all employees are in compliance with the Valvoline IT policies and procedures.
Employee Support:
- Coach / mentor employees with regard to the following:
- Questions on the IT organization, IT policies and procedures, and the desktop applications
- Creation of Service Desk tickets
- Identification of business improvement opportunities that can be enabled through effective use of technology including: opportunity assessment, requirements gathering, development of functional specifications, and proposal of potential solutions
Serbia Business and Site Support
- Assist to ensure our ERP and desktop applications are operating as designed.
- Act as the first line of support for the local Serbia employees as issues or questions regarding IT infrastructure and applications. Create service desk tickets as needed to support the daily operations of the business. Ensure tickets are being resolved and facilitate communications between the service desk and the business users.
- Lead IT-enabled projects impacting the Serbia site.
- Managing IT projects within Serbia and in the future, across the European region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry
- Excellent knowledge of Englis, including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to evaluate and escalate technical and organizational issues
- Some knowledge of ERP and related integrated applications
- Ability to manage, track and measure work against established SLA’s
- Ability to manage work to tight deadlines and within constraints
