What you will be doing:
- Review and understand technical job requirements
- Source and headhunt engineers from the IT sector
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- identify new recruitment opportunities through social media
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Create and update the CV/candidate database for each position
- Promote job openings and career opportunities at the company
- Implement new and creative solutions in the area of employer branding
- Expand company's online presence on different employment websites
- Develop creative ways to draw prospective employees to company's website
- Organize company's presence at employment and other fairs
- Develop and implement HR initiatives in accordance with company's goals
- Achieve company's goals through the successful implementation of HR strategies
Required skills and knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 years of recruiting experience are required
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Advanced knowledge of English
