Job Description► Support in day to day operations of Shared Infrastructure Services (Azure DevOps, AppCenter, Confluent Cloud, Datadog, Splunk) ► Administrator for Shared Infrastructure Services (permissions, notifications, user management, Access and Identity Management) ► Support technical queries and integration topics ► Onboarding of new team members to Shared Infrastructure Services ► Support the Product Owner to establish incident reporting and resolving, as well as with creation of end user documentation and operation manuals ► Interact with several units and teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems ► Perform daily operational tasks that include configurations, performance, backup, recovery, disaster recovery scenarios ► Support and consult internal stakeholders how to use applications and which solution is best fit ► Support multi-factor authentication, password reset and user account expiration for external developers

Qualifications► Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / System Analysis / Business Administration ► Ability to coordinate with many stakeholders, ability to coordinate and verify a high amount of requests. ► Structured and flexible with an independent and proactive working style ► Fast learner with ability to navigate through a constantly changing environment ► Committed to learn and continually follow-up on internal guidelines and procedures |
