Incident Management Agent - Arabic Language

 

ATM Incident Management is responsible for monitoring, logging, and escalating on incidents UK customers with over 2500 ATMs in their fleet. Working with other internal teams to resolve variety of day to day problems to meet customer demands. High attention and common sense must be used in every part or out job to resolve problems in most efficiency way. Communicating with both customers and our engineers on field to make sure problems are resolved and customer satisfaction is assured.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive database ATM management and software support for banks. Financial customers with Incident Management Services.
  • Incident identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, Initial diagnosis, Escalation, as necessary, Incident resolution and Incident closure.
  • Communication with the user community throughout the life of the incident
  • creating different types of Reports on clients or supervisors request
  • Communication with other service management processes:
  • Change management,
  • Problem management,
  • Service asset and configuration management,
  • Service level management and communication with IT service.

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-2 years of related experience

Skill Requirements:

  • Arabic language - Fluent
  • Effective interpersonal and communicational skills, including listening skills
  • Proven strong organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic and hard working
  • Keyboard proficiency (accurately type minimum of 30 WPM); Understanding of Windows-based applications/tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
