Telenor Common Operation (TnCO) is Technology Service Provider delivering Network and IT services to Telenor Business units.
TnCO was established on the 1st of October, 2013 with 100% ownership by Telenor. The company has 750+ employees from four countries. The headquarter is in Budapest, Hungary, while branch offices are located in Belgrade, Serbia, Podgorica, Montenegro, and Sofia, Bulgaria. Telenor Common Operation currently has seven customers: Telenor Hungary, Telenor Serbia and Telenor Montenegro, Telenor Bulgaria, Telenor Denmark, Telenor Sweden, and Global Wholesale (Norway).
Incident Manager
Belgrade
As a member of our Incident and Problem Management Team your main responsibility will be to coordinate high priority incident resolution and also to act as single point of contact (SPOC) towards customer representatives in terms of incidents and problems.
Besides this, you will be trusted to:
- Initiate and follow up all problem tickets for Telenor Global Wholesale (one of our Nordic customers)
- Prepare incident reports and summaries
- Participate in various projects
- Ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance for Incident - and Problem management processes
- Initiate and implement improvement activities for Incident - and Problem management processes
- Control and improve ticket administration
Ideal candidate should have:
- High school degree (required) or college/university degree (preferred)
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology (advantage)
- Knowledge of SQL or any other data manipulation tool (advantage)
- Open and flexible midnset with eagerness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills
