You have
- University degree in relevant field (Economics, FON...)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of media planning and wider knowledge of digital platforms
- In-house marketing experience or working within the agency
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google analytics
- Strong communication and influencing skills in written and spoken English
- Time management and project management skills and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends would be consider as a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things
About the job
Through hands-on analysis and optimization of data, improve performance, earned and paid digital marketing channels. Secure an efficient and effective analysis of digital marketing metrics and make data and results available to the organisation through reports, dashboards and presentations.
About the assignment
- Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactive contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
- Support planning and implementation, and secure execution, optimization and follow-up of digital marketing activities within digital OEP media.
- Contribute in designing and building the framework to support/measure an effective, efficient, and integrated digital marketing performance, in close cooperation with Marketing Performance Leader, as well as with integrated Media Manager, eCommerce and Commercial colleagues.
- Continuously monitor and improve performance based on brand & business targets, shared to the organisation via dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Secure tracking as a prerequisite for optimization, follow-up and optimization
- Identify operational opportunities and provide recommendations for improved digital performance in order to support visits, conversion rates
- Be the gatekeeper and reference for colleagues across functions on digital marketing performance metrics - terminology, concepts, trends, insights and recommendations
- Secure a high-quality delivery from agencies, including a continuous optimization of digital mean
