We are looking for:
International Payments Specialist - Telenor Banka
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Proposal of adjustment of internal procedures and instructions in coordination with Back Office and Payment Manager
- Proposal of process improvements in order to support regulatory requirements, increase efficiency and productivity, increase customer satisfaction and eliminate operational risks within the area of responsibility
- International payments and treasury back office transactions processing respecting dual control principle, legal framework and bank procedures/instructions
- Processing transactions within SWIFT application
- Booking of transactions
- Preparation of FCY payments by order of the Bank
- Processing of claims and requests received from foreign banks
- Processing of Banks and other banks charges
- Archiving of transactions files
- Internal and external reporting within the area of responsibility
- Nostro and loro accounts reconciliation and settlement
- Handling of nostro and loro account opening process
- Control of analytical, temporary and suspense accounts
- Testing of application solutions from the field of work of the organisational unit
- Initiation of requests for software application changes -parametrisation change
- Cooperation with other organization units
- 3rd level support in payment transaction operations
Requirements:
- Minimum IV level of education
- Necessary 3 years of previous experience on same or similar positions
- Good knowledge of English
- Work in SWIFT application
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
