About the role:
Are you ready to join a growing real estate company that’s continuously disrupting the industry and becoming a market leader? The vacant land space has been bought and sold the same way for hundreds of years, but now Discount Lots is fundamentally changing the way land is transacted across the country. They are a leading direct-to-consumer real estate company looking to hire an Inventory Analyst to help analyse, maintain and move over 2000 pieces of inventory.
As the Inventory Analyst, you will play a key role in the company by helping create a robust SKU system to:
- Restock properties that are selling the best
- Create and formulate pricing strategies to optimally move all inventory
- Analyse new and existing markets to get the exact properties the clients need and want

More specifically, within this role, you will:
- Build inventory SKU system with guidance based on lowest days on markets
- Optimise land listings for pricing and consistency
- Help build a price optimisation system to lower days on market for the land listings
- Analyse market data to find promising new land markets
- Download and analyse land market data to organise and send for direct mail and cold calling campaigns
- Segment raw data lists to optimise costs per mailing campaigns
- Organise skip-tracing data lists for mailing and cold-calling purposes
- Report to the CEO/COO and interact with the Disposition Manager as well as the Acquisitions Manager
As you join Discount Lots, an onboarding and training programme will be organised for you for two weeks so that you can learn all of the systems before diving deep into inventory management.
About you:
In order to excel in this role, you need to have:
- 3 years of experience with managing, planning, forecasting and modelling inventory
- Experience with Excel/Spreadsheets
- Experience in modelling, forecasting, and analysing data
- Hard-working can-do attitude and the entrepreneurial spirit/independent thinking skills
- Creating strategies and implementing how to move SKUs faster/in an optimal fashion
