We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Italian / English Support
Representative to join our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming reservation calls professionally and efficiently
Book new reservations and modify existing ones
Coordinate with the planning team regarding vehicle availability
Assign trips to drivers and update trip statuses in real-time
Handle booking requests via phone and email using company software
Contact international affiliates to confirm reservations

Requirements:

Fluent English (B2/C1), spoken and written
Proficient ITALIAN (B2/C1), spoken and written
Availability to work in shifts (including weekends)
Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office and Google Workspace
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn proprietary industry software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
