Your tasks: ► Supplier contact / maintain supplier relationship ► Monitoring and improvement quality, cost and delivery performance indicators ► Price analysis and price benchmarking (based on strategy definition) ► Supplier assessment and evaluation ► Supplier decision preparation and documentation ► Set-up & update of supplier master data in SAP system and SRM ► Support global lead buyer in global material field and supplier strategy development ► Creation and update of strategy for dedicated similarity classes ► Preparation and participation strategy meetings ► Demand analysis, RFQ preparation and execution ► Support preparation of negotiation design and execution of defined negotiations of purchasing agreements and price contracts (within global buyer’s network) |
► Purchasing project management: support release of suppliers and products, secure ramp up / launch of new products or transfers of business ► Generate and evaluate ideas for cost savings projects (RPP) ► Regular update on price development, supplier and project status ► Business planning for dedicated similarity classes ► Co-ordination of tasks with other functions (PM, PUQ, CLP) ► Support global lead buyer ► Support in Technical & Quality issues Your profile: ► Degree in business administration / Supply Chain Management or Engineering ► Initial experience in International Purchasing or supply chain management role within a multi-national company ► Working knowledge of production process, contracts and material costing ► Fluency in English language is mandatory ► Knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage ► Good negotiation skills and presentation skills ► Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
