About the Company
TMNS Empiry d.o.o. is a part of an international IT group TMNS, headquartered in Netherlands. The Company is quite unique in Serbia and the region itself because of its business model which implies working in the office-based nearshore development and competence centre but also providing IT consultancy on client premises.
Due to the ever increasing project demands and client base we are looking for a number of Java Developers to cross-train into Integration Consultants.
Requirements:
- IT related education (final year, Bachelor or more)
- Basic Java knowledge
- Basic DB skills
- Basics of XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP)
- Understandings of object-oriented concepts and software development life cycle
Nice to have skills:
- Familiar with some Java framework (Spring, Hibernate)
- Some real software development experience
- Any experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScripts, Ajax)
- Basic Linux/Unix skills
Soft skills:
- Good conversation in English
- Good interpersonal, communication and client facing skills
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
- Ability to work both as a part of a team and individually
